NorthSound Physical Therapy is contracted with most regional insurance carriers, including Regence, Premera, First Choice, Cigna, Aetna, Uniform Medical, and Medicare.

We also welcome State Labor & Industries and other worker's compensation claims, as well as accept motor vehicle accident (PIP) claims. Under certain circumstances, we accept third party accident claims.

We are not contracted with ChoiceCare, Group Health Cooperative, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, PacifiCare/SecureHorizons or Health Net. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, we still may be able to see you. Please call for more details. We're happy to help.
